FreeBird Photography

Hello my name is Lydia and I am the owner and photographer here at FreeBird Photography, as well as a MUA (makeup artist).  My love affair with the camera goes back decades! I feel at home behind the lens, creating, envisioning and directing.  To me there is no occasion where a camera shouldn't be present! Every moment is a moment that is passing, capturing life is so natural and beautiful. Photographs are more than just a memory, it's a key to another place in time.

The best part about photography is you don't have to always shoot reality, you can create your own magical world. Telling a story behind the lens is especially important to me, your audience should understand why a particular series or shot was special.  At the end of the day if I can look at my work and smile, I know I have created art. Which is what photos really are; art. 

My talents aren't inclusive to freelance, I also shoot: Pregnancy, Senior portraits, engagements, boudoir, weddings, ect. Being a  MUA adds to the whole package here! Why not look fabulous for your special occasion?

There's nothing more in the world I would rather do, I truly feel blessed to do what I love & what makes me happy!
